This presentation explores how CFOs utilize the integration of financial and operational data. By combining information from various sources such as financial statements, operational and customer data, CFOs can uncover valuable insights into what drives performance, and foster collaboration across different departments. By embracing this convergence of data, CFOs are empowered to guide their organizations towards sustainable growth in today's competitive marketplace.
BIO: With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Talavera is a seasoned consultant specializing in transportation companies' financial and operational optimization. He founded Freight Network IQ, an emerging company in enhancing efficiency and growth for transportation enterprises. As an Arrowhead Enterprise Advisor at New Mexico State University, he mentors future business leaders. Previously, he served as CFO for Stagecoach and Sky Transportation Services, overseeing finance, revenue, and growth strategies. Earlier roles include Senior Financial Analyst for the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso. He's also active in community service, notably as Chairman of the El Paso Boys and Girls Foundation and founder of the El Paso Marathon Foundation.
